Clare SnaddonSolicitor
Clare joined Reddy Charlton in April 2024. She holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed her legal training with Adams & Adams in South Africa in 2022. Clare was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2023 and, following completion of the SQE, was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in April 2026 and to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in June 2026.
Clare advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, and the management of investment schemes. Her recent experience includes advising Croke Park on a number of commercial contracts and assisting in the sale of The Building Consultancy to Savills Ireland.
Clare also advises Irish and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, including IP portfolio management and enforcement. Clare advises on all data protection and AI related matters.
Some of Clare’s recent work highlights include:
- Advising clients on the terms of an agreement to transfer IP rights following an Irish inter-company share sale;
- Advising a high-profile Irish sporting organization regarding IP litigation in the United States;
- Assisting with the corporate restructuring and sale of a major Irish hotel chain;
- Advising an Irish media production house on a European trade mark opposition.
