Testimonials:

Sarah Flynn and the Reddy Charlton team advised us on the purchase of a new build residential property which comprised of i) a Contract for the Sale of the Site and ii) a Building Agreement.  Sarah was available at all times to provide guidance and assurance to us at all stages of the process and to ensure the timely completion of the conveyancing of the property.

Sarah’s advice was particularly invaluable on two sensitive issues which arose :

  1. a “Right of Way” as regards access to the property.  In safeguarding our interests she successfully negotiated and proposed revised wording to the draft Deed of Grant of Right of Way, which was accepted by the other party.
  2. On “Residential Zoned Land Tax” it was unclear whether the developer would be liable to pay RZLT on the site, on which the property was built. Sarah successfully was able to research guidance from the Law Society and closed the issue.

Overall  Sarah and the Reddy Charlton team provided excellent, timely and professional service and we have no hesitation in recommending  Sarah and the Reddy Charlton team.
