Rebecca joined Reddy Charlton in January 2024 as a Solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team.

Rebecca holds a BCL degree from University College Cork and specialised in the areas of litigation and corporate law prior to joining the firm.  Rebecca is a practicing Solicitor and was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in 2022. She is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Law Society of Ireland. She also holds a post-qualification Certificate in Media Law.

Rebecca now works closely with Elaine McGrath, head of our Commercial team, on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial contracts, governance issues and the administration of investment schemes. Rebecca also frequently advises clients on corporate due diligence.
