Niamh is a Solicitor in our Property Department and works primarily in Private Client services and her clients range from first time buyers to investors and developers.  In addition to acting for clients in the sale and purchase of property Niamh also advises clients in relation to lending, Landlord & Tenant matters, Multi Unit Developments and tax and regulatory issues which may arise in connection with these transactions.  Niamh has also acted for publicans, sports clubs and Charities in property disposals and acquisitions.

Niamh has also worked in the area of Probate, advising on Estate planning and drafting Wills and acting for executors and administrators of Estates.

Niamh graduated from U.C.D with a Bachelor of Civil Law and qualified as a Solicitor in 1993.
