Emma joined the Property and Private Client department in Reddy Charlton in January 2026.

Emma graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree in 2015. She subsequently gained valuable experience working in a Donegal firm, before completing her training and post qualification in a well-established Dublin city property firm. Emma was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in December 2019 and gained a Certificate in Company Secretarial Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland in 2021.

Emma advises on all aspects of residential and commercial purchases, sales and re-mortgages, and assists in large-scale property transactions. Emma also specialises in the area of Probate and the administration of Estates and advises on a wide range of complex Estate matters. She regularly assists clients with the drafting of Wills, and the creation and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
