Meet Rebecca Devonport and Clare Snaddon!

 

We are delighted to welcome Rebecca Devonport and Clare Snaddon as new additions to our Business Law Team. Rebecca and Clare bring a wealth of commercial, corporate and intellectual property law experience to our firm.

 

Rebecca joined Reddy Charlton in January 2024 as a Solicitor in the Business Law Team.

Rebecca undertook her training specialising in litigation and corporate and commercial law and now works with team leader, Elaine McGrath, on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and administration of investment schemes.

Rebecca advises clients on corporate due diligence and her work also includes drafting and amending commercial contracts.

Clare Snaddon completed her legal training at Adams & Adams, in South Africa and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Clare has acted in a broad range of litigious intellectual property matters in South Africa ( including several high-profile trade mark cases before the Supreme Court of Appeal of South Africa) and throughout Africa, including disputes relating to trade marks, copyright, passing-off, unlawful competition, domain name disputes as well as company and business name objections.

Clare’s primary focus is in the area of intellectual property.
