The GAA celebrated the opening of its magnificent National Training Centre at Abbotstown, Dublin 15 on Saturday 2 April 2016.

The centre is part of the National Sports Campus, which includes the National Aquatic Centre and facilities for other sports. The GAA is the first body to complete its development.

The grounds include an exact replica of the Croke Park pitch, a 3G artificial pitch and two other training pitches. The GAA complex provides a covered stand and a beautiful building designed by Shane Santry and Associates. The building contains 14 dressing rooms of the highest standard, seminar rooms and a wonderful meeting room on the upper floor overlooking the pitches.

An on-line booking service will facilitate access to the Centre at modest rates.

Reddy Charlton’s property team negotiated the lease and related agreements and our Construction team advised on the construction and design contracts.

Paraic Duffy, the Director General of the GAA, in his remarks at the official opening, was generous in his praise of the role played by Reddy Charlton.

We are proud that we helped to bring this great development to completion.
