This year’s Best Article Award was sponsored by Reddy Charlton and the recipient was Louise O’Callaghan. Louise’s winning submission tackled the topic of The Intersection of Data protection and EU Competition Law, examining whether there is a legal basis within the EU legal order by which data protection concerns could be incorporated into competition policy.
