Trinity College Law Review Best Article Prize 2018

Pictured at the launch of the Trinity College Law Review Volume XXI, which took place on Wednesday 14 March in the Old Library of Trinity College, are Brendan Sharkey, Partner, Reddy Charlton; Louise O’Callaghan; and, Peter Kearney, Partner, Reddy Charlton.

This year’s Best Article Award was sponsored by Reddy Charlton and the recipient was Louise O’Callaghan. Louise’s  winning submission tackled the topic of The Intersection of Data protection and EU Competition Law, examining whether there is a legal basis within the EU legal order by which data protection concerns could be incorporated into competition policy.
