New Additions to the Reddy Charlton Team – Niamh Ryan & Deirdre O’Halloran

A qualified Solicitor since 1993, Niamh brings a wealth of expertise in Private Client Services where her clients range from first time buyers to investors and developers. In addition to acting for clients in the sale and purchase of property, Niamh also advises clients in relation to lending, Landlord & Tenant matters, Multi Unit Developments and tax and regulatory issues which may arise in connection with these transactions.

Additionally, Niamh has also worked in the area of Probate, advising on Estate planning and drafting Wills and acting for executors and administrators of Estates.

Deirdre holds a BCL degree from University College Cork and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2005. Her expertise encompasses a broad range of civil and commercial litigation, including, representing clients in respect of personal injury claims, property disputes, defamation claims, employment disputes, professional indemnity claims and contractual disputes.

Additionally, Deirdre impressive breadth of expertise enables her to advise clients in relation to alternative dispute resolution including arbitrations, adjudications and mediation.
