Reddy Charlton legal trainees Orla Canavan and Caoimhe McCrea in conversation with Peter Kearney, Partner, Reddy Charlton discuss their training to date.

They talk about how hands-on experience at Reddy Charlton across a range of disciplines complements their academic studies; the satisfaction of working along side partners; the benefits of exposure to a broad range of experiences from attending client meetings, taking instructions, drafting documents and assisting in the preparation for trials and hearings; and, how they appreciate the camaraderie and social aspect of office life.
